Caleb enjoys playing lacrosse and is passionate about helping his clients build strength and athleticism while keeping fitness fun and staying lean.

Carter got his start in the Syracuse area before moving to Rochester to study Exercise Science and play Rugby.

Carter has a fine eye for detail and technique, and under his supervision you can be sure that you'll be doing everything the right way to get results.

Steve spent years with his hands tied the broken healthcare world before starting his own practice at Retrieve Physical Therapy.

Steve's goal is to save his patients money by teaching them the root cause of why they hurt how to become their own physical therapist.

When not teaching exercise science at BOCES, John competes in strong man competitions and coaches others to do the same.

John boosts an impressive roster of regional strongman competitors and takes pride in fostering a "take no excuses" swagger.

Not only is Paul one of the greatest Olympic lifting coaches in Rochester, but he also boasts an impressive resume of personal records and youth athletes.

Jake once traveled abroad to play professional football before returning to the states to be with his family and begin his own coaching practice.

Jake specializes in speed training for young athletes and used to train under coach Paul before finally settling at Dunamis.
